ceeq.ai provides deal flow intelligence for venture teams—including a unified pipeline, company screening, broker and relationship tracking, and outreach and scheduling tools that can connect to third-party accounts (such as Google Workspace) when you enable those integrations. The Service requires you to connect third-party accounts where a feature depends on that account data.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password and authentication credentials you use to access the Service.
- You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Third-Party Integrations (Google)
To use certain features, you must link your ceeq.ai account with your Google account.
- By linking your account, you grant us permission to access and use your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account Security settings or within the ceeq.ai dashboard.
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of the third-party services themselves.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited spam or bulk emails in violation of anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ceeq.ai and its licensors.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ceeq.ai makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of their services or the information, content, materials, or products included.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ceeq.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
